If you only hold and Indian passport, then unfortunately you will have difficulty getting visa entry into most African countries for longer than a couple weeks (a month is the longest I have heard of). And if you are low hours you will need to be in the country for significantly longer than one month to be able to get a job.
This is NOT a result of the individual African governments, but the Indian governments decisions about how it treats Africans.
Your best option, actually, is Indian companies.
Untrue!! A number of Indians are working in Africa........as pilots.

About the treatment of Africans by the Indian Government. The Indian Government has arrangements with different African Governments for offering scholarships to African students for study in India. India also helps African countries in achieving their development goals unlike some other countries which colonized and brutally exploited Africa and its people.
