Sorry for the late reply Trevor & Brian. Researching it more I see combinations of Caudron C-17, Descamps-Brunet 17 A2, DB-16 depending on the limited information on the internet.
The photograph posted was from the San Diego Air Museum archive and lists it as a Descamps A-2. The same website mentions it as the 17:
The Caudron C-17 photo in Aviafrance looks closer than the Fright Archive photo - different engines? Allegedly the Descamps was license build from Caudron. I am having trouble sorting it all out.
