Apparently, a lobby group representing people who work in brussels but live in the ORK catchment area sent a letter to lingus stating that "it would probably be more beneficial if they started a service to brussels instead"( I have not seen the letter). They must have produced some serious numbers to lingus because they were all set to announce FRA and suddenly a week later, annouced BRU instead.
