Like stated above you can't just pay for TR+LT. They'll let you do the TR and then the instructors evaluate you during the training. If you meet their standards you get recommended for LT. On top of that you need to pass the different psychological assessments and be recommended by the psychologist.
So it's like a very long and expensive interview process and I think a lot of people are gonna be disappointed. Air Baltic will probably make and save some money but it will produce a lot of B737 rated guys with no hours on type. Good for them, bad for us
