Imho, the P2F thing (
which seemingly now also includes bribing a recruitment agency to get one a job within an airline) has done more to drive down the T&C's (
of us ALL), plus harmed standards, than just about anything else I can think of in the nearly 30 years that I've been in airline aviation... and
your response, to such an appalling practice, seems to be very much one of encouraging it, and if that's genuinely your position on how wannabes should be obtaining a job, well shame on you!
And as for you spouting on about having a TRI, 15k hours, and a Cmd on a B737..... is that all?!
