Full reverse to idle reverse at 70kts for normal operation.
On runway Idle reverse to forward idle at taxi speed (30kts in straight line) before vacating runway at 90 degrees.
On RET Idle reverse to forward idle at taxi speed (30kts straight line or 10kts for a turn at end of RET).
Above technique I've always found keeps brake temps nice and low , most RETs are also checked for FOD by airport ops when checking runways.
