Don't know if anyone has mentioned it (can't be arsed flogging back through the thread) but Fadmoor just north of Kirkbymoorside in N'Yorks has a pub about 20 minutes walk away
The Royal Oak Inn. Have flown into Fad which is a farm where you park amongst the roaming turkeys and other miscellaneous farm stuff. Was that impressed with the pub I've booked three nights there later this month.
Fadmoor is interesting as it is situated on the crest of quite a steep hill so all runways go up, or down depending on your inclination...but it's perfectly doable. Just don't expect to be level on any part of the runway or taxiways...
Edit: It's actually about a mile, so 20 minutes if you meander and 12 minutes if you march like me.
Also to add another airfield Crosland Moor (Huddersfield International, another interesting approach....) has a pub at the other end of the runway and Boston has an actual restaurant at the end of its runway.
