It has been mooted that Hearn got the bullet because of the handling of the shambolic events of Dec 18th.
It has been alleged that Eastern have not even signed a contract and now have BACX senior management over a barrel as we have all been told that bases are closing and that aircraft are going when in fact no deal is done.
While there was a hard core of loyal committed employees willing to give the management the benefit of doubt pre-dec 18, any goodwill has now evaporated completely.
This once great collection of airlines (Brymon,BRAL,Manx) has become the industry joke. Squandering money, personel and loyalty has now become the order of the day.
