Rostering Changes??
We all seem to be getting shafted by a continually changing roster.
Is there anybody out whose know the facts about accepting changes, as I know in my company its a grey area.
Is there a minimum time limit to accepting a change, or can we legally stick to our published roster. As I know my agreement states that I work a roster published by the X of the month. It does not say anything about changes.
I understant that I can be called from standby but can I for example get a change the day before for a check in at 0700 when my standby started at 1200. As this to me seems to be contributing to a lack of lifestyle.
CAA / FTL Boffins please???
