SASless, clearly freedom of speech is limited even in the context of the First Amendment (see
249 US 47 for example)... unless you're
someone who doesn't know the Supreme Court's role in the governance of the United States.
I also agree with those above who criticised your note's lack of focus - why would you conflate whether people can march in a parade with the dissemination of classified material?
