Crying babies, loud and annoying people, strangers sitting next to me who want to strike up a conversation when I'm not in the mood.. they all annoy me and affect my comfort. Should they all be made to pay extra?

Agree entirely. Seems there are some very self-righteous, intolerent folk around. Time to learn to rub along and just accept it is part of life's rich pattern. If you feel the need to select your fellow passengers, charter a biz jet!!
