However working for SAA as a Pilot is still awesome...I don't think you will find a better working environment and overall , a happy bunch of Pilots.
Yeah, that's because they work less and get paid more, with more paid for benefits, compared to any other airline in SA, not to mention worldwide. Nice. But also uncompetitive. Great example they're setting for the rest of the company too, really spurs everyone to new heights of efficiency - Keep it up boys!
