In my experience I've found that the qualities needed to excel at a difficult job are often ones that can bug the hell out of people! To name but a few:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Work-aholic
- Perfectionist
- Disciplining others and authority
I'm sure they are all great guys and I hope to join them oneday but it was a fair comment!!
