CGB - thought you had it, but on checking the name and location, not quite. "Clube Esportivo" is correct, but it isn't for ultralights
You are the wrong side of the water.
Correction, I had the name as Clube Esportivo de Vôo, (22°58'54.77" S 43°23'37.87" W) on searching for Ultralights the results are showing across the water here 22°58'59.71" S 43°22'13.29" W - where there are two more airfields, however, on checking some of the photos from GE, it seems this location is also Clube Esportivo de Ultraleve. Therefore you got it.
Gulfstreamaviator - Rio 2016 is the reason.
