You claim to have all this evidence (which may be true, I don't profess to be an expert) and are outraged by the lack of action, yet you appear to do nothing because you think it will be ignored. You can't have it both ways, introducing an airworthiness aspect to most threads yet doing nothing about it....If you feel that strongly then surely you should be doing something...
