If you are on an internal (I'm guessing it is on Alaskan) you shouldn't have too many problems. I arrived there recently and was through immigration etc (and they selected me for a customs bag check) on my way to Boeing in 30 mins. That was an international arrival as well, I did get to immigration fairly quickly as I was in a seat towards the front.
