Interesting point about property values, are they
really falling in southend/Rochford because of the airport? Find it hard to believe.
Under the Heathrow flightpath, in contrast, property prices are rising so fast (and always have done) that first time buyers,
including those who have grown up in the area, can't afford to buy locally and often have to leave the area.
