For fixing colour,
Kodak has a great piece of software which will fix colour with one click. I use it all the time to fix my old Kodachrome slides from the 60's (lots of them mouldy and the colour shot to pieces).
Here's a quick one click colour correction - with a bit of work it could be finessed. There are other ways to do it, PM me if you like!
