I agree, it certainly doesn't sound as if they need many pilots asap... to me the general vibe of the e-mail was the exact opposite. I read it as they have too many people on VAA hold compared to the amount of positions that will be available, factoring in how many crz fo's will be moving over next year. It didn't sound very positive to me at all
