So, Engine failure in cruise and your speed drops to Alpha Prot:-
1/ the A/P disconnects
2/ the Pitch reduces to keep Alpha Prot AOA
AND Alpha floor will activate if you are pulling back more than 14 deg, UNLESS inhibited.
