Take a good look at their aircraft and think old are they?
For me the PA38 and 152 have had their day, I would like to see a fleet of aircraft that has a place in the future, a nice warrior 3, or something composite perhaps.
If the aircraft has a puddle in the back and stinks, I would certainly look elsewhere. If the paint scheme and trim is bad, imagine how bad it is underneath!
