I almost put your words on my post! The reason was a bit of a joke we had with one of our students- maybe best left off of the forum!
You are correct in that there are minimum requirements that should be provided as part of FTO (ATO) approvals. Separate study areas, private briefing rooms, Atc.
One of our toilet walls is currently down......however just for refit! Any inspection welcome.
