We need more Hornet drivers and from a company viewpoint the system of best on course picking where HE/SHE wanted to go was just not working. It would be a very difficult line to tread at 2FTS to see you're doing 'too well' to get 'your' C-17 slot and then to try to stuff stuff up just enough to get it....
