@Tim91 - did you give them everything about your prescription on your eyes? (presuming you have a prescription).
I have mild astigmatism in my left eye and didn't know ALL of the numbers for it but I didn't know they didnt know...and they needed to know
That's why this application took so long to process and by the time I knew they needed to know
the application window had shut!
Make sure they have all the info (base curve / SPH / CYL etc.)
