You might find that its a massive issue, your examiner should check all your documents prior to the flight test, and under JAR's, your medical MUST be issued in the country of license issue.
Somebody might correct this regarding EASA, but i think thats even worse as we cant even do renewals outside the country of issue.
Why didnt your school tell you about this?
