That would be a colossal waste of resources.
Heathrow currently gets around 24 main-deck freighter movements
per week. Even if carriers moved other freight services from Stansted, Luton and Gatwick, that wouldn't cover the direct cost of running Heathrow, let alone the opportunity cost.
