I agree with Globalstream and would also like to add that the problem is that on top of already mentioned "hoops" they are almost all only accepting rated pilots with experience on type. If they would offer a rating to experienced pilots then there would be much more of an incentive to actually go through all the selections and medicals. Personally I need more than just a payslip, something I get already anyway, at the end of it if I am going to jump ship.
