Using pictures as a desktop background.
I've got W7 starter on my netbook. I am trying to use an item from my pictures gallery as a desktop background. There is no problem getting one from the internet but I cannot find a way of doing it internally.
With XP3 it was simple; can anybody tell me how to do it on W7.
