Maybe you should go to the toilet before you board.
People don't pay for cabin service or more toilets, they pay for cheap fares. That's the way of the beast these days.
However, 10 more seats and a reduction in leg room does seriously detract from passenger satisfaction and may be a consideration when they book their next flight, if they are the ones paying for it.
