He, during a time when RAF pilots are in theatre in Afghan, then threatens to raise a balloon the only purpose of which is to create a lethal hazard to pilots.
He is a gift if the MoD had the balls to exploit him and help foster an association between unreasonableness and low flying protestors in the publics mind.
