Hey guys. Has interviewing also stopped completely for the time being? Or are interviews still taking place?
They are still taking place. Slow rate!!
What is the reason for the slow-down in hiring? There are still loads of A/C on the way for QR
*SOs who are inducted are been kept on hold (line training). Currently chances are given to Capts and FOs.
*lots of pilots who have passed the assessment, have been placed in talent pool.
So the people who are in the company they need to move first and then the talent pool will start clearing. Once the talent pool starts to clear then the recruitment will be again at its peak. Most of the delay is on 320.
