Sure, if you forgot to set flaps, and rotate on flaps 1, 5 or so speed.
If prepared it would fly if you're going fast enaugh at rotation.
Of course you won't find any written procedure anywhere for flaps up takeoff.
You'd never get fast enough. The rubber on your tires would melt significantly before Vr
