Smoke & mirrors! All that they said is that they won't enter into any new contracts to carry the stuff. It will still be in the belly of CX aircraft, but now it will be carried as (daily) ad-hoc consignments of "seafood" as opposed to "contract" consignments. So they will still carry it, at a higher (non contract) price, whilst proclaiming how environmentally friendly they are because they haven't entered into any new contracts to carry the stuff.
Pure genius! The public is fooled into thinking they are wonderful and they make more money at the same time!
