CASA chopped out a lot of the flying school stuff that was in the cao's, and have cut and pasted it to the AOC.
Most flying schools have AOCs over 10 pages long because of the additional schedules. Most normally only display 2 or three pages in their ops manual and on the wall, but close inspection may say something like "Page 1 of 13". It will contain all the requirements for the CFI.

Any night teaching, AFRs, Instrument Rating, twin endorsement, ag, form, etc is not included in the 500 hours, but can be counted in the 250 hours requirement
