Tecumseh, whilst it might be "right" to mention the Mull because both have roots in serious mismanagement, I think it would be a shame to divert a perfectly good discussion about a civil SA accident into yet another thread about MoD/RAF shortcomings since 1988. Nothing about the latter affected the former.
