I'm sorry you feel that way, Rigga, but it's not the use of language, but the lack of a coherent arguement that is the problem with the report. Don't get me wrong, I think TC comes out very badly, but the report is a string of separate issues, mentioned, but not drawn together in a coherent facts, conclusions, recommendations fashion.
