Guys,
take home pay for the new deal I estimate will be around £3,300 pm all in (thats basic, sector pay and FDA). Take off around £300 pm for the first 12 months if type rated for the OCC costs.
Flexi (overtime) is on top of this and equates to roughly £320 per day net (includes the sector pay and FDA on the day).
If guys think that TOM is the bottom of the barrel then fair enough. No one is forced to apply. Bear in mind though that some current FOs (some with only 6 years in) and who favour doing flexi have P60s of £100k pa.
Even the diluted new joiners package will take some bettering in the UK......and you don't get charged for your uniform or car parking
