Flybe could do some routes which don't require a A319 now.
The problem is overnight stands. I would expect they would be used as soon as they were put in use, first come first served.
DannyBoy, all those airlines listed (except TC if they wanted to base) could be done now. It's more of a balance of more based and attracting others who do not require to overnight.
