Interesting it came from an ex Qantas employee, and probably has a tinge of the Qantas arrogance.
Having read a number of Tony Webber's articles recently, I have found that he is just as much as home finding negatives in the Qantas results as he was yesterday with the Virgin results. Maybe realistic rather than Qantas-arrogant.
