I started flying with Phil last week. Having never met him before I was really surprised. He seems to be a really good bloke and a top aerobatic pilot
Not a hint of pretension or arrogance about him either, which seems to be very rare in this industry.
I don't know about inital tailwheel, but If you want to do aeros there is no-one I would recommend more highly.
