Might one ask where on that page? And even if so, the applicability to BA?
I have scanned it for "recruit", 4 matches, none of which seem to state how a company must (in UK Employment Law), or even should, treat potential recruits.
Given the post above, what would you suggest BA do? I am unaware of BA acting in any way unethically - more they try to act as ehtically as possible. They are just caught in a highly fluid situation, and can do nothing other than pass that "fluidity" to those who wish to
apply for jobs...
BA's past record, in such game-changing events as 9/11, has been "above" those of many employers, even honouring contracts sent out but not signed by the potential employee.
