Quick question! It would be great if anyone can help me out.
I have my M1 until October 2013. Came back to India after getting my ME CPL in August 2010. Some people (including the VFS) say since I have been out of the US for more than 5 consecutive months, I need to reapply. But a few others say that they went using the same VISA, no problems. Any suggestions?
