The problem with inexperienced low AIRMANSHIP cadets is not solely in Air France. I flew at Singapore airlines and observed the same situation.
Airbus aircraft accidents like the AF447 could have happened anywhere but unfortunately it was Air France. This is not the time to distract oneself with 'Anglo Saxon' comments but to try to place the responsibility equitably to all those parties involved and not to accept 'Pilot Error' solely.
