I appreciate for the details.

But what kind of documents should I provide to FAA FSDO?like the licence in Taiwan or my log book from the company,I don't need ground school or something else for the SIC rating?

Also,Taiwan is not an ICAO country,is that a problem for me to apply for the SIC rating?

I only have around 2000hrs on type,is it ok for me to the school in the US for the PIC type rating?
