individual who spends six months or more in a single overseas country within five years of joining Monarch (including
countries within the EU) must obtain a Criminal Record Check (CRC) from that country. We would recommend that you
obtain a CRC whilst in the country, that is certified to the date that you depart and bring the certificate with you to
