I too faxed my four question answers etc back to CTC around the 18th Dec and have yet to hear anything. Can you confirm that you received an email acknowledging CTC's receipt of your fax? I have not had anything from them since the invitation to fill in the extended form. Getting worried they didn't receive my fax!
