psychometric test on staff cv
I have noticed lately that the amount of times i have been returned in a search is dropping. Could this have something to do with my answers to my psychometric test? I know its suppose to be a test to find out about me but i know airlines will have things they are looking for in there. Eg- team player and stuff. But can anyone help me with what they are looking for exactly in your answers in that?
