787 would actually be a great diversion of US Aid - both sensible investment for Ethiopian and money gets back to USA
Much better than the usual burning of aid money into posh villas and fancy cars for corrupt politicians.
The ET 737 crash and the response from ET have indeed been appalling. Instead of coming clean and saying "sorry, we messed up, this what we have done to ensure similar crash will never happen again" they went on to deny the report and ANY wrongdoing from the fateful ET pilots or Ethiopian training organisation.
