I GUESS THE BRIDGE WON!! GREAT VIDEO that just came out today (it's 24 MB though) about a large ship hitting the Welland Canal Ontario bridge because of a drunk bridge operator.

I'm also looking for an electronic copy of the following NTSB report about a ship that was lower in the water than the tables mentioned because the tables had never been properly updated from many decades ago:
