ALLMCC; BA or indeed BACF are not given to any routes that dont start or end at one of 3 London Airports. (ok exclude franchise operators under BA unbrella).
Not core, too marginal, too risky and the domain of low cost airlines or Flybe who they have an interest in, albeit a small one that was incidental to them off loading BA Connect.
I would rule them out.
